15 minute EMOM | Jun 18

Sometimes life can throw speed bumps, road blocks in getting to the gym. People work long hours, have kids and various responsibilities. But understand that it’s not a law nor a necessity to be in a gym to have a GREAT workout!

Try this 15 minute EMOM at home to really raise that heart rate, blow off some cobwebs & burn some calories!

EMOM – Every Minute on the Minute. 

Set the timer and at the strike of each minute perform the below. Once you have performed the below you have the remainder of the minute to recover. The quicker you complete the set, the more rest you get… You get the idea…

  1. 5 Narrow Grip Push-Ups
  2. 5 Jumping Squats
  3. 10 Ab Crunches

Repeat this for 15 minutes. If it’s too easy, you can increase one of these 2 things (or both)…

  1. Amount of reps done per exercise
  2. Duration of EMOM
