Simple, Effective AMRAP | Jun 18

This will probably be the most basic AMRAP you’ll come across.

AMRAP – As many reps/ rounds as possible. 

It includes pretty much all muscle groups in the body and will churn through a hell of a lot of calories.

Ideal to throw in when you maybe hit a plateau in your fat loss program or if you just wanna test yourself and open up the lungs.

Give it a try…

  1. 5 Pull Ups
  2. 10 Push Ups
  3. 15 Sumo Stance Squats
  4. Repeat for 20 minutes.
