Here is my Protein Pizza that is SO easy to prepare and make you’d be a fool not to try it!

Firstly, the ingredients

  • 40g Flour
  • 1 tbsp Yeast
  • 120g Cooked Chicken
  • Chorizo slices
  • Edam cheese slices
  • Tomato Puree
  • Oregano

Now for the instructions;

  • Add the Flour & Yeast into a large mixing bowl
  • Add a splash of water & mix until you have a small dough ball
  • Shape the dough into a pizza base (this is the most time consuming part)
  • Add 2 tbsp Tomato Puree and spread across the base
  • Then add the Chorizo slices to cover the base
  • Then add the Cooked Chicken
  • Finally add the Edam slices & add a sprinkle of Oregano


  • Pre-heat the oven whilst preparing
  • Turn to 180 degrees and bake for 15 mins
  • Check Pizza and the crust should turn golden brown when ready

Then voila! You have a seriously tasty Protein Pizza!

Depending on how much Edam & Chorizo you use will dictate the calories, but with using just enough to cover the base; for me I use 8 Chorizo slices & 3 Edam slices the macros work out at approx.;
